And if you haven’t bought Slave Vows yet, then you’re slacking, kiddo. (much like this tumblr)
And more has been added:
Live In London has only - up to this point - been available on vinyl that was exclusively sold on the last tour.
And I hear it’s only gonna be up on Bandcamp for a limited amount of time…
The Icarus Line announces Slave Vows UK/EU tour
The Icarus Line is returning to Europe this November in support of the new album “Slave Vows”. The band has been known throughout the years for its different takes on the word “noise” and whereas many journalism platforms like to compare them to The Stooges, Grave Reviews suggests that you listen to the new album and head to a tour date or two before you lump this particular band in with the “hmm, sounds like Iggy Pop” groups you find in most cities.
Just in case you’ve been living under a rock…
Get out there.
We stopped by Joe Cardamone’s studio, Valley Recording Co today. I guess there is only one place to record real rock n roll anymore. amazing studio.
The real VRC site is way cooler than this silly tumblr, especially if you’re a musician looking to do just what headquartersmusic said.
Souls She Said - Sunken City
Here’s a picture I took when I went to see The Icarus Line a couple of months ago. Such a good show, I can’t wait to see them again!
So, unlike this tumblr (that was started strictly for kicks way too long ago for how
many few posts there are), somebody(s) out there are actually putting up a real-deal Icarus Line fan site. Miss the old Separate The Sounds? Well, maybe this will help. Hey, they’ve got the Danke Schons on there, so you know they gotta have at least a sense of humor. Plus, y’know, news, interviews, vids, and all those goodies that tumblr is too ADD for.

The Icarus Line - King Baby
The Icarus Line - Fshn Fvr (demo?)
And look what I found when I did an archive.org search on SeparateTheSounds.com - that version of Fshn Fvr I mentioned previously…not heard it for years (long lost my mp3, only just had the brainwave of where to find it).
